Mr. Jagdeep Kumar Das,an M.Sc. Agriculture graduate from Birsa Agricultural University (BAU),Ranchi—a prestigious and premier university of Jharkhand—brings more than 15years of technical expertise in agricultural extension, soil conservation, andsustainable farming systems.

His professionaljourney reflects deep technical engagement across diverse institutions andprojects. He has contributed to World Bank initiatives, applying advancedagricultural practices and monitoring frameworks to strengthen farmerlivelihoods. At ATMA, he provided field-level technical support, farmertraining, and extension services, later leading block-level agriculturalplanning, capacity-building, and technical monitoring. His tenure with the SoilConservation Department further enriched his expertise in soil and watermanagement techniques to improve land productivity.
