Administrative Officer
Ratna Das is a Development and social work and administrative professional with over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning banking, financial services, a Central Government research institute, and NGO-led development programs. With a Master’s degree in Social Work, she has led and supported initiatives in Natural Resource Management, FPO strengthening, WASH and FNS training, Waste management, Women empowerment, Skill and livelihood development through effective capacity building and community engagement.
At SOLUTION, she has been entrusted with handling the administrative management, Project planning, compliance, budgeting, and coordination of multi-sectoral, donor-supported projects.
She is extremely passionate about addressing Social and environmental issues, and is focused on developing newer solutions aimed at pushing the society towards sustainable development.
