I have read the announcement for the Empanelment of Faculties/Trainer for various Training * programs in SOLUTION and abide by it. I declare that the information furnished above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge & belief. Further, I undertake that the faculty is not involved in Private Coaching. I understand that if at any stage, it is found that any information given in this application is false/incorrect, that the faculty does not satisfy the eligibility criteria according to SOLUTION , the candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled/terminated
