Innovation enterprise and human development are the key elements of SOLUTION. It is a non-profit organization with sole objective of capacity building of underprivileged and marginalized groups of society, through continuous education, communication, consultancy & human development skills. SOLUTION tries to influence as a change agents like media, Policy makers, Academics and the state through advocacy.

The organization is legally an NGO and registered under society registration Act 21, 1860 of Jharkhand Govt.

Why we are best?

Origin: SOLUTION is the brainchild of a group of like-minded youths formed in 2008 as an NGO to serve the needy and deprived, creating opportunities for them. The organization focuses on capacity building through continuous education, communication, and human development skills for underprivileged and marginalized groups.

Vision: To achieve a value-oriented and equal opportunity-based sustainable society for marginalized people.

Mission: To generate awareness among marginalized people of the society through continuous skill, awareness, consultancy, and advocacy.

Objective:
➥ To create livelihood opportunities for marginalized groups, specifically focusing on tribes and women.
➥ To impart skill training to educated unemployed youth residing in both rural and urban areas.

In alignment with India’s national progress on these goals, our initiatives are helping bridge critical gaps, especially in underserved and rural communities.

India’s SDG performance has shown steady improvement over recent years, with the national SDG Index score rising from 57 in 2018 to 71 in 2023-24.
